Superhero Toy Store - Executive - Business Development/Sales (1-3 yrs)
The Selected Candidate will work on the following during the role:
- Identifying key prospective points of sales
- Pitch our products to partners and negotiate commercials for the same
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Drive sales from current list of customers
- Develop a rapport with clients to know of upcoming opportunities
- Interacting with the stakeholders in the industry to know trends and key market information
- Identify ways to cross-sell and upsell customers to increase revenue and brand penetration
- Manage Key accounts for the company and mine them for greater share of spends
- The role is very target-oriented as well as relationship-oriented
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Work-ex of atleast one year in sales
- Skill(s) required: MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)
- However, candidate will have to be a self-starter and is expected to grow with the company
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
- Some cold calling experience; sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management
- Industry: Retail or any other related to our business or lifestyle products
- A decent understanding of Pop-Culture Characters
