Customer Support - Team Leader
- Supervise day-to-day operations, and monitor team's performance.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Handle Customer feedback process.
- Ensuring the KPIs are met.
- Make sure all SLAs are met.
- Make, review and update all SOPs and Knowledge Base documents
- Impart functional knowledge and train people
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and customer for process improvement
- Escalate open/pending matters to higher level.
- Communicate progress of open items to all stakeholders.
- Maintain the support team morale and motivation
- Manages and report performance of the team.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 350,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
Schedule : Rotational shift
