SuperBottoms - Marketing Executive (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- As a marketing executive, you would be responsible for managing and coordinating social media platforms for the company. This includes creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, monitoring analytics, and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage the target audience.
- You would be responsible for liaising with public relations (PR) agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration. This involves coordinating PR campaigns, providing necessary information and materials to the agency, reviewing and approving releases and posts.
- implementation of various marketing initiatives planned by the marketing team. It could involve organising events, launching new products or services, conducting market research, coordinating advertising campaigns, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies.
- You would be involved in planning and executing marketing campaigns across different channels. This includes developing campaign concepts,creating content, managing budgets, coordinating with creative teams or agencies, and evaluating campaign performance.
- Oversee the coordination and creation of various content types such as blog posts, articles, website content, videos, infographics, and more. This involves collaborating with internal teams or external content creators, ensuring brand consistency, and optimising content for different platforms and target audiences.
- Responsible for identifying relevant influencers or brand ambassadors, negotiating partnerships, managing relationships, and monitoring the effectiveness of influencer campaigns. This could involve coordinating product placements, sponsored content, or collaborations with influencers to reach a wider audience and increase brand awareness.
- Tracking and analysing marketing data is essential for measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and making data-driven decisions. As a marketing executive, you would be responsible for managing and analysing data related to various marketing activities.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience :
The successful candidate will require the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Babycare industry is preferred (but not mandatory)
- Are highly data oriented with savvy excel and data management skills
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
