SuperBottoms - Manager - Sales (2-15 yrs)
1. Achieve the predefined sales target at monthly and yearly level from given territories.
2. Handle and maintain the existing retailer and get onboard new retailers.
3. Generate business from them through introducing entire range of Superbottoms and penetrate in the Tamil Nadu market at maximum level.
4. Take follow up of payment from Distributor or retailer and update to company as per requirement.
5. The person needs to share data of primary/secondary sales, retailer data, branding done and other specific as per requirement.
6. Needs to follow beat plan on actively.
7. Promote superbottoms in store and in Tamil Nadu market through Branding and participate in exhibitions.
8. Guide and educate retailers regarding superbottom and give all printing material as per requirement.
Skills :
- Excellent selling skills
- Good network of Baby stores
- Thorough knowledge of areas under Coimbatore/Ahmedabad
Education :
- Any graduate
