SuperBottoms - Manager - Business Development (3-7 yrs)
- This role is primarily to build SuperBottoms brand presence with Key Opinion Leaders in the pregnancy/parenthood especially with pre-natal class experts by developing solid relationships with them and driving business via the channel.

- This role is primarily to build SuperBottoms brand presence with Key Opinion Leaders in the pregnancy/parenthood especially with pre-natal class experts by developing solid relationships with them and driving business via the channel.
- This role will require among other things to develop the market, visiting and presenting our products during pre-natal classes on a daily basis.
- Manage customer relationships, re-engage with lost and inactive clients, and draw referrals from an existing client to expand the new client base.
- Plan and prepare data related to sales forecasting, budgeting, and required marketing activity to discuss with management to optimize the overall sales and ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintaining database of prospects & provide weekly progress report to the leadership team via online Google Spreadsheet.
- Provide monthly information to the leadership on potential data, competitors activities, new opportunities, best practices and other changes in the industry to discuss and effectively develop business development/ expansion strategy.
Candidate Profile :
- Should enjoy building relationships and connecting with new people actively
- Will require to travel across the city for work
- Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English.
- Excellent Presentation skills can handle the team & clients
- Can coordinate with clients & full their requirements
- Business experience within the healthcare industry is a must
- The network of Prenatal classes/hospitals/healthcare institutions will be an added advantage
Education : Any Graduate
Experience : 2+ years
Industry : Medical/Healthcare/Life sciences/Pharmacy
