Funding News
SuperBottoms, a baby care firm backed by Alia Bhatt, receives $5 million from Lok Capital and Sharrp Ventures. The Mumbai-based company has raised money in three rounds during the previous two years.
The company's Series A round funding has reached about $8 million with this tranche. In May 2022, SuperBottoms had managed $3 million from DSG Partners and Saama Capital.
Brand Manager
As a Brand Specialist specializing in Content and Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative for our Ecommerce / D2C startup based in Mumbai. This hybrid role allows for flexibility, with a work model that includes two days per week in the office (Co-working spaces).
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity:
- Develop and maintain a distinctive brand identity tailored to our Ecommerce / D2C startup's objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration of brand elements across all channels.
Content Creation:
- Lead the creation of captivating content, including visuals, copy, and multimedia assets, aligned with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with marketing goals.
Design Strategy:
- Drive the design strategy, creating visually appealing creatives for diverse platforms such as social media, the website, and marketing collateral.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, engage, and manage influencers for strategic collaborations.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand reach and engagement.
Ad Campaigns:
- Conceptualize and implement effective advertising campaigns, ensuring synergy with broader marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for cohesive campaign execution.
Hybrid Work Model:
- Embrace a hybrid work model, spending two days a week at our Mumbai office (Co-working spaces).
- Collaborate effectively with both in-office and remote teams.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content, design assets, and campaigns.
- Utilize data insights to enhance strategies and optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand management, content creation, and design within the Ecommerce / D2C startup sector.
- Expertise in influencer marketing with a track record of successful collaborations.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in both in-office and remote settings.
