Super Bond Adhesives - Area Sales Manager (5-10 yrs)
Planning and achieving sales targets both in Retail market.
Job Description
- Set Annual goals and objectives for the team to follow.
- Supervising Executives and Distributors on day to day basis. Conducting accompaniment calls. Guiding the sales executives, distributors to ensure strategy alignment and act as their enablers. Demonstrate by doing.
- Travelling entire state to develop new markets.
- Develop a business strategy with positioning.
- Be the owner of the Product features, advantages and customer benefits.
- Executive effective Distribution, communication strategy.
- Take it forward to the sales team so as to enable them implement in the market place.
- Planning and achieving Primary & Secondary Sales Targets.
- Evaluating and recommending new distributors.
- Monitoring distributors' credit control mechanism and supporting him.
- Allocating time to visit all the distributors' markets regularly.
- Review orders (secondary & primary sales) from retail market, ensure supplies to distributor and monitor payment flow from him.
- Ensure adherence to the meeting and reporting compliance.
- Implement sales promotion schemes, distributor engagement.
- Train the sales team continuously on the technical and application aspects.
- Remain engaged with markets by way of periodically meet all the important retailers and carpenters/ contractors.
- Comprehend competitor strategies in the market and design counter measures. Implement them after RSM & BU Head approval
