Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing Demand Letter payment receipt.
- Ensure adequate support to customers for assistance in bank loans, registration of property.
- Verifying the customer documents, subsequently preparing the agreements and keeping a track of the pending agreements.
- To look after the whole gamut of CRM functions, He will be responsible for post sales activities like all kinds of documentation of customers like KYC, bank documents, developing harmonious relation with customers,
- To be the primary contact for all customer communication.
- Coordinate with site personnel to keep a track of dates for handover.
- Accounting, GST, TDS should also be scope
