Sunday Tech - Manager - Business Development - Corporate Sales (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification : Research and identify potential clients within the domestic market who can benefit from our supply chain management services.
Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
Outreach : Contact leads through various channels including email, phone calls, and social media, and engage them in conversations to understand their needs.
Qualification : Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and decision-making authority. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, keeping them engaged and informed about our services.
Lead Nurturing : Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies, including follow-up communication, personalised solutions, and education on the benefits of our service.
Sales Coordination : Oversee the entire sales process , ensure all communication and documents are shared with the client on time and commitments are met until sales closure.
Reporting : Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, status, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Experience & Qualification :
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Operation, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in lead generation & business development, preferably within the supply chain management industry.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving lead generation targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Confident in communicating with C-Level contact in MNCs and Fortune 500 companies.
