Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to lead our commercial sales efforts in Pan UP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new commercial customers (B2B sales)
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (150kw commercial + 5 site residential)
- Conduct site visits and demonstrations to promote products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Fresher or Experienced with Excellent Communication Skills
- Engineering + MBA degree
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bike mandatory for travel
- Willingness to travel extensively in Pan UP
