Our business model separates the battery from the vehicle making EVs financially viable for the first time. The modular Smart Batteries- are smaller, lighter, and swiftly swappable confronting long-charging time. The strength of our intelligent and connected batteries along with our Quick Interchange Station Network, creates a convenient refuelling infrastructure, faster and cheaper than existing fossil fuel pumps for ICE vehicles.

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales target for fleet / B2B business in 2W and 3W.

2. Prospect, negotiate and close deals with new customers and expand business with existing clients with the support from OEM channel partners/ dealers and their Regional area offices.

3. Develop strong working relations with partners, enablers for the business

4. Work with cross functional team to ensure customers deliverable are done on time

5. Manage & help in closing corporate customer issues & complaints in a defined TAT

6. Identify and create new fleet customer partnerships across 2 wheeler and 3 wheeler segments

7. Create a strong pipeline for business development of fleet customers

8. Conduct market research for new opportunities and meet clients

9. Manage customer life-time relationship and Account Management with continuous share of fleet wallet.

Skills looking for:

1. Experience in Logistics/ OEM/ EV industry is preferred but not mandatory.

2. Ability to deliver under pressure

3. Willingness to travel

4. Strong communication skills

5. Strong analytical skills

6. Should be a team player
