Sun Chem - Analyst - Performance Marketing (2-10 yrs)
As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for analysing and optimising our performance marketing channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and more. Your insights and analyses will help shape our digital marketing strategy and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimise).
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
