Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our product marketing, website and content marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong organisational skills. You will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence, engaging our target audience, and supporting lead generation efforts. Your goal will be to achieve overall marketing objectives using digital tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Landing Pages
- Design and manage landing pages on our website ensuring their content is always up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for user experience.
- Track website performance metrics and use insights to drive improvements in engagement and conversions.
Content Creation and Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing plan aligned with business goals.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for the website, blog, and other channels.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to generate customer-centric content, including newsletters, case studies, FAQs, and tutorials.
SEO
- Understand SEO principles and follow SEO practices
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- Build and manage a robust backlink strategy to improve domain authority.
Campaigns and Promotions
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Coordinate with designers and other team members to produce compelling visuals and assets.
- Monitor and report on the performance of content and campaigns, providing actionable recommendations.
Email and Cold outreach
- Responsible for all email content and communication
- Drive cold outreach campaigns
Marketing Analytics
- Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other platforms.
- Track and report on key metrics to evaluate success and refine strategies.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the founders, especially the CEO, to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content marketing in a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools.
