Description :
- To Identify, develop & evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, as well as cost and margin factors.
- Creating Content Strategy for Marketing Communication across ATL, DIGITAL, BTL, OOH, & PRINT; manage the entire gamut of marketing activities including activations, events, experiential activities, relationship marketing, promotions, events and incentivized marketing.
- Organizing cross-promotional & themes/festivals based promotional schemes to improve product visibility.
- Planning, developing & executing multi-channel campaigns in line with company brand identity & marketing objectives.
- Monitoring the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, digital marketing, PR content and other marketing-related activities.
- Liaising with Creative, Digital, PR Agencies, and Event & Media Agencies for planning, creative & executional directions.
- Training the internal marketing team to deliver desired results.
- Developing strategic account plans; creating innovative and creative promotional solutions.
- Generating strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and driving qualified traffic to front door.
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns and owning their implementation from ideation to execution. Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight and assessing against goal.
- Handling Team of Marketing Executives and Pre-sales team to help them for Lead Generation from Marketing Activities.
- Any Other miscellaneous responsibilities as delegated by Management.
