Designation - Sales Manager for Manavadar location
- For Edible Oil -Manavadar/Gujarat
- Managing General Trade channel by a strong distribution Network for Edible Oils segment.
- Managing a team of executives/ sales agents and generating sales.
- Collaborate with senior executives to establish a sales goal.
- Developing efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the territory and target setting a strong sales team
- Collecting customer and market feedback
- Supervision and Mentoring of front-line executives/agents
- Monitoring and driving sales
- Sales forecasting and stock management
- Debtors control.
- Meet performance expectations and requirements and forecasting annual, quarterly, monthly sales goals, and create sales promotion plans.
Desired Technical Profile:
- MBA in Marketing
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to write reports & business correspondence.
- Preferably candidates from edible oil industry
- Should have adequate knowledge of procedure & process of edible oil trade
Education: MBA in Marketing
