Sulekha - Telesales Role (2-3 yrs)

Professional and Personal Attributes that we are seeking :

- Sales Calls : Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce company products or services.

- Product Knowledge : Possess in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

- Customer Engagement : Engage with potential customers in a courteous and persuasive manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and data collection.

- Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.

- CRM Management : Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.

- Objection Handling : Handle objections and concerns from potential customers professionally and offer appropriate solutions.

- Documentation : Maintain proper records of sales activities, including call logs, sales reports, and customer correspondence.

- Compliance : Adhere to all relevant sales and telemarketing regulations and ethical guidelines.

- Feedback : Provide feedback to the Sales Manager and other relevant departments on customer feedback, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications :

- Any Graduation.

- English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil languages is mandatory.

- Proven experience of minimum of 2 years to 6 years in telesales or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Collaborative
