Job Description & Expectations:
Pro-Manage is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist. In this position :
- Proven 2+ years of SEO & SEM experience and successfully managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns.
- Well-versed experience in social media performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Strong analytical skills and experience in translating data from analysis tools such as Google analytics into actionable insights.
- Expertise in Net core Campaigns Coordination (SMS & WhatsApp) & Execution thru Success Manager/Sharing UTM Links for Campaigns
- Publishing Content thru Adobe Experience Manager/Backend Coordination with IT/Refreshing Banner & Sections
- Co-ordinate with multiple agencies for success
- Willing to work 6 days on alternative Weeks .
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, from all the marketing platforms.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategize the best plan ahead for the business.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Academic qualifications required : Any Graduation
