Sulekha - Executive - Telesales (1-3 yrs)
- Good knowledge of English and Hindi /1 regional language

Snapshot of the Job role :
- You will act as an expert in a set of assigned categories, wherein you will have to on- board Service Providers, by giving presentations over video/audio call.
- Responsible for the overall customer experience of on new on boarding and current service providers, with our insights and training on the required tools and category intelligence.
- Have to maintain a healthy business relationship with the service providers and keep them engaged during their campaign, just think of nothing less than WOW when it comes to servicing.
- Renewal of the service provider before the campaign expiry.
