Role Overview:


We are looking for a driven - Sales and Partnership Specialist- to grow Sukoon's reach by acquiring new members and building strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and other organizations.

Key Responsibilities:


- Drive membership sales by identifying and converting leads.


- Build and nurture partnerships with organizations for Sukoon's parental well-being plans.


- Conduct presentations and meetings to promote Sukoon's offerings.


- Maintain accurate sales and partnership records in the CRM system.


- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.


- 2-3 years of experience in sales or partnerships, ideally in wellness or community sectors.


- Proven sales and negotiation skills.


- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.


- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
