Sukoon Unlimited - Content Marketing Role (2-4 yrs)
About the Role :
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketer to manage our digital presence across multiple platforms, including social media, WhatsApp, and our blog. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands the nuances of different platforms, and is skilled at creating engaging, value-driven content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Management :
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, videos, and infographics to promote our brand and services.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, etc.) to optimize content and strategy.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community to foster strong connections.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure high visibility and engagement.
2. WhatsApp Content Creatives :
- Design and create compelling WhatsApp content, including text, images, and short-form videos, to keep our audience engaged and informed.
- Develop personalized and segmented content strategies for WhatsApp broadcast groups.
- Write concise, impactful messages tailored for a direct and interactive WhatsApp audience.
- Monitor and track engagement rates for WhatsApp campaigns, and optimize content accordingly.
3. Blog Content Creation & Management :
- Edit and proofread blog content to ensure clarity, grammatical correctness, and brand consistency.
- Track blog performance through analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and optimize content for better ranking and reader engagement.
4. Content Strategy & Creativity :
- Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies that align with our brand goals and voice.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and topics that will engage our target audience.
- Ensure content is consistent in tone, style, and message across all platforms.
- Experiment with new content formats (e.g., podcasts, webinars, etc.) to diversify our content offerings.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting :
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media, WhatsApp, and blog content to measure success and impact.
- Provide actionable insights based on data to improve future content strategies.
- Regularly update content marketing dashboards to track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a portfolio of published content.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms and using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business features and content formats.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Creativity and a strong eye for design; experience using Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple content projects at once.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Nice-to-Have :
- Basic graphic design skills for creating simple visuals for social media and WhatsApp.
- Experience with video editing or using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with the senior care industry or a passion for creating content that resonates with older audiences.
