Role & responsibilities

- Meeting or exceeding budgeted primary and secondary sales for the month and year

- ROI- He should be well versed to calculate return on investment for the dist as well as for the company

- Distribution Expansion, New Distributor appointment and increase distribution width

- He should posses analytical, Effective decision making and problem-solving and customer service skills

- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales report

- Develops overall sales plan, BTL activity , execute plans , monitor it and communicate with updates to his superior.

- Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales officers to ensure that sales is effectively managed and improved

- Managing Ecom Sales- Zepto/Blinkit etc

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( English and Kannada Language)

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers

- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization

- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers

- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision

- Collecting customer feedback from the market passing it to the seniors and use it in benefits of organization

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement
