What will be the key responsibilities?

1. Design and deliver effective sales training programs tailored to the needs of the team.

2. Develop training content, including manuals, presentations, and interactive sessions, to enhance sales knowledge and skills.

3. Evaluate and identify training needs through performance assessments and feedback.

4. Conduct regular workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions to improve product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.

5. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.

6. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to align training content accordingly.

7. Collaborate with sales managers and leadership to align training goals with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. 5-8 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in the healthcare industry.

2. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.

3. Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve their full potential.

6. Proficiency in using training tools, CRM systems, and other sales software.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
