Position Overview : We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a background in the EdTech industry. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships, and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Drive sales of educational products and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities.

2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

- Identify potential leads and follow up effectively to convert them into clients.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.

- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Market Research:

- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.

- Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry (preferred).

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
