SuccessCDs - Executive - Telesales (1-3 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
- To contribute to generating sales for our company which includes selling online and offline Education Products and services, sourcing Ad Campaigns for our website etc.
- Data Sourcing and management from online sources
- Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organisation
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products/services of the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Coordinate with the technical team for any info
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Eligibility Requirements :
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales Targets preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant database programs and telephone systems
- Keen Learner
- Excellent written (English) and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi)
- Good Email Communication skills
Educational Qualifications :
- Graduate in any subject
- Interest and ability to learn about new technologies will be a plus
Experience : 1 to 3 years as Tele Executive.
Working Hours : 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (Six days a week)
Salary : Rs. 15000 to Rs. 20000 per month plus incentives (as per company policy)
