KEY RESULT AREAS of MANAGER MARKETING

- Responsible for achieving Student Enrolment targets.

- Designing & successfully implementing marketing & promotional strategies for the centre.

- Develop Marketing plans to achieve the target in different programs based on local conditions.

- Establish relationship with schools and tuition centres.

- Ensure speedy resolution of queries, maintain excellent relations with schools and tuition centres to generate revenues for additional business.

- Conducting Tests / seminars / presentations / at schools.

- Representing company at various educational events.

- Managing MIS based reports required by the management.

- Keeping close track on competitors strategies & plans and provide market analysis to the management time to time.

- Maintain communication with all the team members of Admissions / Sales on a regular basis.

- Analyze the performance of every activity, provide feedback to the management & take corrective measures (if any) in order to impact results.

- Handling and motivating the Admissions / Sales team at the centre.

- Responsible for giving feedback on website & take corrective measures (if any).

- Ensuring timely communication of various policies coming into effect to all the team members and implementation of the same.

- Ensure the Result compilation & declaration of the SCOPE conducted at different schools / tuition centres.

- Responsible for taking & procuring various details like testimonials, photographs of good rankers etc. and using them at appropriate time & places. Should also update the management on the same.

- Designing & implementing E marketing strategies / campaigns.

- Maintain regular communication with the vendors regarding shortage /spare /mistakes /receiving of all the marketing & promotional collaterals.

- Maintaining relations with the Various existing Schools & tuition centres and also creation of the new ones.

- Handling of front desk job as and when required.

- Conduction of various promotional activities after taking the prior approval from the Management.

- Any other tasks/responsibilities as may be allocated to you by the company from time to time.
