KEY RESULT AREAS of CENTRE MANAGER

1. Responsible for achieving Student Enrollment targets.

2. Responsible for entire operational activities.

3. Designing & successfully implementing marketing & promotional strategies for the centre.

4. Develop Marketing plans to achieve the target in different programs based on local conditions.

5. Identifying new market for various existing / new programs.

6. Establish relationship with schools and tuition centres.

7. Ensure speedy resolution of queries, maintain excellent relations with schools and tuition centres to generate revenues for additional business.

8. Conducting Tests / seminars / presentations / at schools.

9. Representing company at various educational events.

10. Managing MIS based reports required by the management.

11. Keeping close track on competitors strategies & plans and provide market analysis to the management time to time.

12. Maintain communication with all the Admissions / Sales / Operations on a regular basis.

13. Analyze the performance of every activity, provide feedback to the management & take corrective measures (if any) in order to impact results.

14. Handling and motivating the Admissions / Sales / Operations team at the centre.

15. Responsible for giving feedback on website & take corrective measures (if any).

16. Ensuring timely communication of various policies coming into effect to all the team members and implementation of the same.

17. Result compilation of various competitive exams.

18. Responsible for taking & procuring various details like testimonials, photographs of good rankers etc. and using them at appropriate time & places. Should also update the management on the same.

19. Designing & implementing E marketing strategies / campaigns.

20. Responsible for entire operational activities related to Academics at the centre.

21. Monitoring overall student satisfaction.

22. Smooth and fair conduction of all internal and external tests.

23. Timely evaluation and result declaration of all tests.

24. Distribution of study materials to students.

25. Maintain regular communication with the vendors regarding shortage/spare/mistakes/receiving/dispatch of study materials, test papers, OMR other stationeries & taking corrective measures on the same.

26. Preparation of time table and uploading on the website & SMS to the students.

27. Timely feedback conduction and communication to the Head - Academics.

28. Maintaining relations with the Various existing Schools & tuition centres and also creation of the new ones.

29. Handling of front desk job as and when required.

30. Supervising promotional activities.
