Role Description :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the banking industry.
- Act as a subject matter expert on banking products and services, providing guidance and support to the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the banking sector.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the banking industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales initiatives.
- Provide training and mentorship to sales team members on banking industry best practices.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics to monitor progress towards revenue targets.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and continuously seek ways to strengthen the organization's position in the banking industry.
- Comfortable with 5.5 Days working 2-day week offs. 1st and 3rd Saturday will be the working day.
