Job Location: Candidate could be based in Mumbai office/Kolkata office. Candidate may have to travel to cities in Eastern Zone from time to time.
SUBHAM GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is a leading player in the rice milling industry with a presence of over 50 years. The company is looking for a capable individual to develop its rice brand Parivaar by Subham. The primary target zones would be West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand and Bihar.
Expectations and Key Responsibilities :
Strategic :
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and execute strategies to improve sales for our rice brand: Parivaar. He/She will have complete accountability on the improvement of sales performance for the products.
- Senior level Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit who leads business to growth and market differentiation by employing prolific knowledge of the FMCG market.
- The incumbent will be based in Mumbai/Kolkata and would report to the CEO.
- Scan the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from new and existing customers.
- Drive the formulation of marketing strategy of Brand Category encompassing all brands.
- This position is ideal for someone who is interested in continual learning and self- development.
- Should have experience in root cause analysis and performance reporting
- Conducting primary and secondary research in improving sales team performance
- Build an effective team to succeed.
- Experience both in the growth of early stage businesses, and in marketing for major brands. Possesses well developed networking and influencing skills, with strong commercial acumen.
- Specialist in Brand Architecture, Product Launches and Positioning across all stakeholders - Customers, Partners, Sales, Investors and Employees.
- A keen understanding of the consumer market and digital and entertainment space with creative breakthroughs that accelerate business growth.
- Adept at vendor/ partner negotiations, contracts, commercial processes, tracking financial flow, marketing operations, handling cross functional teams with a keen eye on top and bottom line revenue.
- Responsible for analytics and insights including brand tracks and market research along with driving to success.
- Social media strategy, tracking, RoI and setting objectives for each product.
Financial :
- Proven acumen of planning and managing the P&L and delivering strategic and commercial objectives in the area of Marketing, Branding and Communication.
- Ensures Optimal pricing of products so that the top-line & bottom-line objectives of the brand group are strictly met.
- Strives to increase return on expenditure on advertisement & brand endorsement.
