Education Qualification: HSC & above
Experience: 2-3 years quo experience in a relevant customer service or customer-facing role
Candidate credentials : Confident well-spoken person with excellent people skills and hospitable personality. She/he should be ideally having been trained in the service industry. Exceptional written and verbal communications. Digitally aware and savvy. Multi- lingual capability will be an advantage
Job Description :
- Highly driven and is able to maintain and manage customer relations on a day-to-day basis.
- Is flexible and pro-active and thrives in a fast-moving start-up environment.
- Confident and articulate, comfortable dealing with customer issues and an ability to exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience dealing with high value and high spending customers will be an advantage.
- Customer satisfaction report collection
- Responding to general and Specific customer service enquiries
- Managing and responding in a timely manner complaints or concerns ensuring customers are kept well informed
- Liaising with other internal departments to ensure speedy and accurate response
- Act as a brand ambassador and develop and nurture on-going relationships with VIPs
- Co-ordinate with both the logistics and the product team
