Style & Shine Essentials - Manager - Corporate Sales (5-15 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and brand presence within the FMCG or Pharma sector. This role involves leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the successful
execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Note: Please apply if you have recent experience (at least 5 Years) in Business Development for Domestic & Exports market in Aerosol based products, Household care products, fragrances, Cosmetics & other Personal Care Products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
2. Sales Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular reports on sales metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
3. Marketing and Brand Management
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative and promotional activities.
4. Product Management
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure market needs are met.
- Launch new products effectively and manage the lifecycle of existing products.
- Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
5. Customer Insights and Relationship Management
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Develop and implement customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness,
and market trends to senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on FMCG or Pharma industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing a team and working with cross-functional departments.
Skills:
