Job Description :

The Call Centre Executive is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving inquiries or issues efficiently.

They serve as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the organization and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Call Centre Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction, meeting service level, and contributing to the overall success of the call center operations.

Work Location : Airport Rd, Coimbatore

- We are looking for female candidate who have excellent Hindi communication.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English, Tamil language(s) required for customer interactions. Hindi & Kannada language is an added advantage

- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle customers with empathy and professionalism.

- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently.

- Active listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.

- Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
