Roles and Responsibilities :

- Establishing strategies to increase brand awareness for the Company

- Implement Company's brand guidelines to different stakeholders for a superior brand recall

- Communicating correct messages to our Target Segment for an effective brand placement

- Driving and monitoring different marketing campaigns through different channels

- Guiding and leading the Design Team for effective content creations

- Utilizing digital platforms and third-party promotional apps for promotional activities

- Tracking the efficiency and reachability of the marketing campaigns using analytics tools

- Analysing event's data to identify trends, audience preferences, and areas for improvement

- Promoting the Sturmfrei Membership Plans and other alternate services/ products of Sturmfrei

- Coordinating with the Revenue Dept. to layout promotional strategies for revenue maximization

- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of content across all platforms

- Tracking the SEO & SM optimization on all platforms

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Any graduate with relevant marketing experience

- A desire to build career in marketing & branding

- Understanding of marketing concepts and strategies and analytical & campaign driving tools

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Education : Any graduate with a marketing background

Salary : INR 35,000 p.m. + Incentives

Job Timings : 9:30 am to 7:30pm, Week off on Tuesdays
