Position Reporting: Dual Reporting

- Direct & Main reporting to Head of Strategy, Operations & Execution, Mumbai

- Peripheral reporting to CEO, Hyderabad

Desired Candidate Qualifications:

- BMS / BBA Graduate Preferred, other verticals with relevant experience may apply

- Minimum 12 months work experience in Sales, marketing and BD, 18 months or above experience preferred

- Previous work experience in Sales, marketing and Business Development will be given a priority

Job Role & Description:

- SALES & Business Development (70%)

-  Prospecting and developing new client relationships. Promoting the consulting and market research wing of the company

- Identifying new sales leads

- Pitching products and/or services

- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

- Market and sell ATFS Web and App applications & Dashboard systems for digital customer feedback and survey services to a host of different industries

- Create a sales plan and work toward assigned targets and achievement and closure of sale

- Readily provide trials and demo of Web and App platforms to prospects

- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes key decisions

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events as required

- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products and services

- Preparing proposals and ensuring business get converted

- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met

- MARKET RESEARCH (10%)

- Understanding client brief, designing proposals and assist in designing execution plan

- Creation and design of the customer experience measurement study, other types of feedback studies, Questionnaires

- On field execution and primary market research augmented by online secondary research. Primary research will include talking to different entities at different time including but not limited to: General public, business entities, Shops and establishments, dealers, distributors, retail outlets, etc.

- Filling and tabulation of data and deriving final outputs and results

- Providing insights on the research and other types of projects executed

- SURVEYS (10%) :

- Designing surveys on company web and app platform

- Setting up surveys, programming questionnaires, organising survey respondents

- Ensuring timely completion of surveys, feedbacks, Etc.

- Export and analyse data and prepare reports

 STRATEGY & EXECUTION (10%) :

- Understanding client brief and designing a proposal and assisting in designing an execution plan

- Providing critical and strategic insights and information during the execution of project

- Re-validate the formed hypothesis in the market / business sector, ensure correctness of derived strategic insight

- Prepare detailed presentations which bring out and highlight true facts and figures

 - Project output should act as a decision support system for the company
