Key Result Areas Accountability
Digital Marketing
- Lead Generation
- Understand the Lead to Sales pipeline for Digital Channels
- Develop and execute candidate enrollment plans across digital channels
- Develop & Execute SEO campaigns to generate leads
- Implement processes & evaluation mechanism to support planning, implementation & measurement of digital marketing activities in a time bound & cost effective manner
- Develop pool of digital agencies, service providers, technology vendors & manage their operations by defining deliverables, KPIs, targets, contract terms, SLAs, etc.
- Optimize the cost of acquisition across digital channels like (but not limited to) SEM, Affiliate, E-mail marketing, SMS marketing, whatsapp marketing etc
Website Management:
- Be the singly owner of the Studymate & Englishmate website
- Work with internal teams to ensure the website is updated through the year
- Work with Agencies to build the SEO and execute planned activities to ensure traffic target on site are met
- Co-work with the respective internal stakeholders to develop content for creation of digital assets.
Social Media Marketing:
- Work towards building a roboust social media strategy to increase social footprint
- Build lead generation campaigns across social platform to achieve the seasons target
Digital Branding & Visibility:
- Create different occasions to generate positive digital content of students and parents
- Review the Agency's performance periodically and present the summary to the management.
- Create new digital properties which can leverage SM & EM
- Promote the digital events online & offline
Other Branding & Visibility activities:
- Help the marketing team in implementing several other non-digital marketing activities relevant to the business
