JD for the profile :
1. Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls
2. Handling sales inquiries, bookings, documentation, complaints handling, etc.
3. Handling bookings and documentation
4. Processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team
5. Maintaining records of regular activities
6. Calling prospects on the database provided for arranging meetings
7. Following up with the clients
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 0-2yrs
Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Saturday's half-day)
