- Studost is a social impact initiative that aims to create a global community of leading mentors, benefactors, and institutions, who work with students to provide quality mentorship and accessible funding opportunities. Given the paradigm shift caused by COVID-19 and the disparate impact on students across socio-economic backgrounds, this initiative aims to support the college and high-school students and enable them to continue their education, seek guidance from industry leaders, and secure employment in a rapidly evolving world.
- Studost will be a tech platform which will host a community of leading industry professionals and benefactors who will share their resources and/or guidance to empower students, based on their requirements. Students can sign-up on the platform to access these at no cost, save time, and leverage a smart and simplified process of looking for the right sponsorship opportunities.

- We are building our founding team in India and are currently hiring for the following positions. As with any nascent organisation, these roles and responsibilities are flexible and will depend on what you make of it. You could work full-time or part-time, from your homes or a cafe in the hills, and have prior experience of working in education or any other field. Above all, we- re looking for passionate individuals with a deep sense of wanting to give back, and build something cool and powerful.
Position: Content and Social Media Manager
Location: Bangalore
Brief: Develop and execute a content and communications strategy for Studost as a member of the founding team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create a 360-degree communications and content strategy for the platform.
2. Build an editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing and outreach campaigns.
3. Identify and maintain a consistent and impactful voice for the platform and communicate it across different channels through compelling creatives and copies.
4. Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, and digital marketing).
5. Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
6. Regularly interact with target community and key partners.
7. Manage or oversee all social media campaigns particularly those on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Qualifications and key skills:
1. Prior experience in content/communications/digital marketing/social media-related roles.
2. Strong knowledge of digital media, current trends in media consumption, and marketing opportunities.
3. Demonstrated track record of building and managing influential and engaging social media accounts/websites.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell stories through great ideas, irrespective of the medium.
5. An independent, self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity, and resilient.
6. Ability to multitask, and proactively set and achieve goals.
7. Interest in working in the field of education and technology and desire to be a part of the founding team of a social impact initiative.
