Student Counsellor - Sales - Education (1-3 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Counsel, advise, and place students in career-related positions.
- Serve as a liaison with companies listing internships with co-op program.
- Providing Counselling face to face, over the telephone or online.
- Working with individuals, or in a team with HR Executive and Business development people.
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients.
- Listening to Student concern, empathising with them and helping them to see clear picture.
- Advises students on available internship opportunities and helps them acquire internships appropriate to their goals, through set drop-in advising hours and by individual appointment. Provides internship advising for the leadership opportunity awards participants.
Qualification :-
- Proven Minimum 1year experience in counselling, advising, and supporting students.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, co workers.
- Strong knowledge of university policies and procedures.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to perform administrative.
- Must have convincing skills.
