Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor at PsyShell. As a Student Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing counseling services to students, including student counseling and career counseling.

- Additionally, you will assist students in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths. Your day-to-day tasks will involve effective communication, providing customer service, and working with educators to support students' educational goals.

Qualifications :

- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Experience in the field of education

- Community building skills

- Ability to handle large number of students at once

- Empathy and understanding towards students' needs

- Ability to work well with educators and other stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field

- Relevant certifications and experience in counseling
