Job Description:
Our Client seeks a highly motivated and experienced Lead-Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The primary goal of this role is to increase inbound sales leads and create better engagement with potential customers through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase inbound sales leads.
- Manage and optimise all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed effectively and within budget.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise and improve results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
- Lead the creation of engaging content that drives traffic and generates leads.
- Oversee the development and management of the company's website and digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
