Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative with a strong background in selling tech or SaaS products in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market trends in the Western India region. This role requires an individual who is approachable, adept at creating and maintaining relationships, and has a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

- Conducting product demos and handling questions, rejections, objections.

- Relationship management with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to add value.

- Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue

- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.

Skills/Requirements :

- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

- Previous experience in a sales role for a tech or SaaS company.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
