Job Overview :

- As a Relationship Manager, you will lead customer acquisition under the supply chain finance program through direct engagement. Your responsibilities include pitching financial products, achieving sales targets, and collaborating cross-functionally for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Acquire New Customers under supply chain finance program through direct acquisition

2. Pitch vendor finance/Purchase invoice discounting/Business Loan products to potential customers and manage on boarding journey

3. Ensure sales target achievement for logins/disbursements

4. Cross functional interaction with Credit/operation teams to ensure excellent customer experience

5. Maintain relationship with key customers to ensure smooth running of programs / implementation of new programs.

Qualifications Required :

1. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field.

2. Postgraduate degree/ diploma in the same field would be an advantage.

3. Strong understanding of the local market and trends.

4. Fluent in the local languages: Telugu/Kannada/Marathi/Gujarati is a plus.

5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
