Job Description :
1. Good communication & interpersonal skills
2. Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
3. Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
4. Knowledge of customer service practices.
5. Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
6. Experience supervising others.
7. Flexible for inbound / outbound / email, chats etc
Experience : 0 to 4 Years
Salary : 15000 to 20000 per month
Working Days : 6 Days ( 2nd and 4th Saturday off)
- Overtime and intensive applicable.
- 24 paid leaves other than public holidays yearly.
