Strategywerks - Executive - Lead Generation (1-3 yrs)
- We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The idol candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and contacting potential clients or customers through various channels ultimately generating high-quality leads. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our sales and marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities :
- Generate Leads/Logos/potential customers.
- Develop a lead generation strategy through email, Linkedin, and other social media channels.
- Implement and manage lead-generation campaigns, including email, social media, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and transfer them to the sales team for further nurturing and conversion.
- Research on primary and secondary lead data using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other database tools.
- Ensuring the sales team members follow up with potential customers.
- Generating reports and data for sales analysis
- Handling escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales team
- Maintain a lead database and ensure data accuracy.
- Explain and pitch our core value proposition to stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation performance and results.
Required Skills :
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in selling IT services.
- Bachelor's degree in a pertinent business-related field.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, marketing tools, and great analytical skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and Sales.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead generation/nurturing best practices.
- Strong foundational knowledge of IT software and IT services
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
