Strategist - Digital Marketing (4-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Should be capable of developing Brand campaigns for clients.
- Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses
- Design Promotional campaigns for new products and markets
- Develop our Social Media Strategy.
- Analyse Market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Good understanding of Branding and brand building models and methods.
- Strong understanding of Pan India markets across a wide range of categories.
- More than capable to develop relevant Brand strategies in context to various verticals of the firm
- Gather feedback from sales and analyse consumer behaviour to define our company's Brand positioning.
- Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events.
- Craft our differentiation strategy.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Experience with SEO / SEM, Google Analytics, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- You will play a vital role in growing our business, customer base, and improving user experience
- Handling social media posts Conceptualizing and promoting the content on social media, creating strategies to engage customers/users.
- Preparing reports of social media campaigns- responsible for creating detail report on the response of campaigns on social media.
- Manage the paid digital marketing channels including LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Glassdoor etc and drive quality traffic.
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media.
Essentials:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good hands-on experience in handling social media & Digital Marketing.
- Digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, owned media, paid media, etc.) added advantage.
- Experience of building and promoting content on social media platforms
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively as well as familiarity with the latest Digital Marketing trends.
- Proficiency in media planning & Budget-management skills
- Hands on experience in content management
- Experience of managing multiple projects with different stakeholders
