Job Description:
- The ideal candidate for this role will possess a combination of outbound marketing and technical skills.
- The goal of a Demand Generation Strategist is to develop and deploy innovative campaigns to attract and engage prospective customers and convert leads into customers.
- Additionally, the Demand Generation Strategist must have strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
What will you do in this role:
- Collaborate with the market research team to build and enrich the Named Account Universe
- Develop and drive niche/persona/industry/geo specific campaigns and contribute to the revenue pipeline
- Work closely with the sales team to run activation, nurture, and re-activation campaigns
- Build a deep understanding of products, industry, and customer persona to be able to develop and deploy marketing campaigns effectively
- Own reporting, tracking, and measurement of all the marketing initiatives
What will help you succeed in this role:
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound demand generation with a B2B organization
- Hands-on experience across marketing channels like events, email, digital, and content
- Deep understanding of the customer journey, from initial contact to conversion
- Proven ability to build and run marketing initiatives that contribute to high-value SQLs
- Ability to leverage marketing tech stack for automation, tracking, measurement, and reporting on critical metrics for campaigns
- Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Content and copywriting skills to be able to break down complex subjects for a layman
