Strategic Sales Role - FMCG (8-13 yrs)
Strategic Role in Sales with a Leading FMCG Company
Responsibilities for the job :
- Primary and secondary sales in the assigned area
- Introducing new products
- Managing the team and expanding the business scope
- Executing the sales strategy and medium/short term goals for a portfolio of customer account(s).
- Maintains relationship with external/internal customers/clients at multiple levels
- Below the Line (BTL) advertising
- Forecasting the business and plan
- Develop relationship with Distributors/outlets
- Follow up secondary sales target with team on daily/weekly basis to achieve phasing of the business
- In depth business expansion of the existing outlets
Qualification and Experience :
- Graduate with min 8 years of experience in FMCG industry
- Preferred Qualification : MBA (good B School) with oil industry knowledge / background with 4+ years experience
