We teach financial literacy at a tender age, and enable to form a strong financial foundation for their future. An online platform for the kids & teens who want to be money-smart. We offer financial literacy course and real-world tools from grades 1-12th, which empowers them to be independent & self-sufficient in the future. Kids amaze their parents with new learnings & understanding the concepts of money, and parents can get a check of what their little ones are up to.
Strategic Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Business planning : Build a monthly business plan in sync with the annual plan for the region based on the requirement of the business.
- Create strong funnel and managing the funnel for achieving monthly business target
- Schools Acquisition : Reaching out to prospective schools through various lead sources like references, channel partners, SM etc.
- Owning the complete sales cycle from lead generation to winning the account.
- Channel Development (if required: Identify, develop and manage channel partners who can generate leads, new business or influence a sale)
- Client Relationship/Retention
- Communication: Ensure periodic communication with the customers and sharing the progress of program implementation in the school, take references
Jo Requirements :
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B Sales experience (MBA/PGDM degree preferable).
- Knowledge of Sales process and business expansion.
- Entrepreneurial attitude to handle challenging tasks, deal with ambiguity and shoulder responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Strategic thinking & problem-solving skills.
- Aggressive perseverance of goals- A go-getter who gets things done.
- Expert in Rapport building, self-motivated and fast learner.
- Lead generation and cold calling ability.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- NEVER GIVE UP attitude.
