Strategic Partnerships Role - Marketing - BFSI (10-15 yrs)
The role will be focussed on managing the redemption metrics. This role will also manage, optimize, add partners to the redemption catalog and manage shared digital marketing team. The support team to this role will include UI/ UX, Consumer Analytics & Customer Care Service Delivery.
This team will have direct responsibility of :
- The redemption catalog
- The redemption rate within the catalog ergo marketing optimization to the acquired base
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the key point of contact and decision making for onboarding and pricing deals
- Set the direction and strategy across channels, products and benefits for redemption lifecycle
- Manage redemption cohorts
- Identify new channels, capabilities, targeting and marketing creative to engage customers and drive engagement
- Lead a support team of marketers to deliver on our user promise
- Validating all campaign and daily marketing elements including creative/copy
- Work with Analytics team to ensure all campaign level reporting is accurate and meaningful
- Analyse & present performance data and insight to full Marketing team
- Partner with other businesses to leverage best practices and share learnings
Qualifications :
- Ability to effectively interact with and influence cross functional partners and senior leadership
- Experience in customer targeting, segmentation
- Minimum 5+ years marketing experience with retention catalog curation and loyalty marketing experience
- Deep understanding of test design across multiple channels (Direct Mail, Email, Digital, Social, Mobile)
- Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver on-time results
- Creative and analytical; independent thinker and idea generator
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and well-organized; multi-tasker
