The Partner Management Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key partners and influencers in the career industry.

Key Responsibilities :
Partnership Development :
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations, institutions, and influencers in the career industry.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess partnership opportunities.
Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and influencers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and ensuring mutual benefits.
- Foster long-term collaborations that enhance the company's brand and reach.
Event Coordination:
- Convene and coordinate events, workshops, and networking sessions that bring together partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop event agendas, secure speakers, and manage logistics to ensure successful execution.
- Create engaging and valuable experiences for attendees.
Influencer Engagement :
- Identify and engage with industry influencers who can amplify the company's message and initiatives.
- Develop and manage influencer programs that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of influencer activities.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of partnership activities.
- Communicate partnership goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on partnership performance and impact.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for partner engagement and management.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for partnership activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership management, preferably within the career industry.
- Should have partner sourcing experience.
- Should be good with legal contracts.
- Strong understanding of the career industry and its key players.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Excellent organizational and event coordination skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
