Strategic Partnerships Manager - Solution (3-4 yrs)
Problem Statement : To drive revenue growth by acquiring mid-large private schools pan India.
Role : We are looking for a specialist who can independently pitch to mid or large private schools and deliver consistent closures. The person will be responsible for influencing senior Management as well as Academicians, in a highly competitive market.
Job Title - Manager/Sr. Manager
The Job :
- Build a deep understanding of company product proposition and the overall school education market
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective schools and own the pitching to the onboarding journey
- Be the "Face of company" by living our values and nurturing relationships with prospective school Management ("Business Owners")
- Toggle between influencing Business Owners and senior Academicians (Principal/Teacher) remotely depending on the situation
- Deliver consistently exceeding sales closures month-on-month
- Collaborate with internal functions to complete the implementation and ensure collections, on time.
The Person :
- 3+ years of experience selling to large enterprises involving complex solution sales
- Exceptional communication + presentation skills and very high level of energy, integrity and perseverance
- Prior experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment is preferred
Education :
- MBA from Tier 2/3 B school or Engineering from a premier institute
